All of us know: Things break. All of us will agree: Old things break more. ESSA is celebrating its 30th annioversary this year, and - whats even more - the buildings themselves are even older. Some are even from the 18th century. Keeping all of this up-to-date and in a good running condition is an immense task. Students and lecturers tend to create a mess. Of course not on purpose, but this mess is a result of focusing and concentrating on the tasks at hand. Dora is one of the employees who have been serving ESSA for the longest time. Cleaning and bringing order into the mess created by others is her day-to-day routine. As the business at ESSA begins her first task seems to be to sweep the steps and the entrance of the main admin building - and greeting everyone in the process with a smile to begin the new day.
