Application forms
If you are interested in studying at ESSA, you are welcome to contact us with any questions you may have, or go ahead and download the forms listed below. Part time students need only complete the simple registration form, but prospective full time students need to ensure that the medical certificate, financial guarantee and character references are completed and submitted together with their application fee before we can process your application. Please contact us if you have difficulty accessing the forms. You are welcome to complete the forms electronically and email them to us (this will enable us to begin the admission process, although we will ultimately need to receive the original documents). Study visas International students should note that you will need to contact the South African embassy in your country as soon as possible to begin the process of obtaining a study visa.
